  • The moving helpers arrived over an hour late. This was communicated the first time before I arrived for the move. I was told they were 30 min behind. I explained I was 5 min from the moving site and to let me know when they were on the way. I communicated several times before heading to the site. I did not hear back. This was not ideal.
