  • I ordered for the movers to load and unload. They did not communicate that they were not unloading until we reached our destination. They also were not liscensed drivers, so we had to find someone to drive the uhaul truck. They told us we underbooked, and left my mom (who is in a wheelchair and myself) in the parking lot. We should have been told from the beginning that they were only there to load. I paid for a service, and that service wasn’t fulfilled. I was not aware that I was not supposed to give them a code.

    This is false. She booked 3 hours of work then wanted the next 3 free! She wanted us to drive the truck for free also but were labor only as the website says.

  • Pat was awesome. Our first movers canceled last minute and pat showed up short handed on short notice and was a huge help. Would recommend Ohio Movers to anyone.
