• They did not load the truck properly and did not stay for the full 3 hours I rented them out at they left after 2 hours.

  A blatant lie because your upset you want a refund because they finished earlier is disgusting behavior That is how good our guys are that they get the job done and quick We did not force you to book 3 hours You book and it BLOCKS our schedule preventing other clients from booking so Tell the truth This platform is not worth the lying and deceitful clients who are so entitled We are DONE

  Charlene, It is not fair to leave a false review because we refused service after being disrespected and you talked to the guys like children because you were unprepared for your move. We were more than accommodating even rescheduling you several times and changing the time several times affecting our other clients because you were not prepared. You booked a simple load and unload and had nothing packed and ready and your apartment was a hazard with trash everywhere and my guys had to clear paths to safely move your furniture. You prevented them from being efficient and stole time not being prepared.
