    The mover showed up by himself. Ended up taking 3 hours instead of 2. When questioned about that I paid for 2 movers, not just 1. He stated that it does not matter 1 or 2 movers. You still need to pay the same amount. When questioned about the additional 1 hour. He stated that it would be the same hourly rate of $75 per hour. He then stated that I would have to pay cash because uhaul moving help app charges in 2 hour increments not 1 hour increments. Uhaul informed me that she sould have not charged me the full amount since I paid for 2 movers and that the app does charge in 1 hour increments. I filed a dispute for half of my money back from this mover.

    Efficient Moving Labor

    The truck was packed very well and orderly, however, the drawers were removed from one dresser, which should not have been removed and were broken in the process. The drawers do not function properly as a result and the dresser is non operable.
