Marcos was great! He was very flexible in delivering a U-Box and parking it exactly where I needed and was also understanding my situation as there was a mistake from U-Haul where they scheduled the pickup for the same day as the delivery, but he came the following day after I had finished offloading it. Highly recommend him!

There can be improvement in communication and organization. The driver was late in drop off and pick up and did not communicate these delays. I had to reach out to them first, even to schedule the process.
