This company was booked to help with a U-box move but is not operating with integrity in terms of their bookings. The company was supposed to bring our U-Box to our load location but instead called us the night before telling my husband he had to go with them to U-haul and put down his license and payment card down. This was odd as this was not how the process was described to us by u-Haaul when I booked this reservation. Then, day of they only showed up with 1 mover, instead of 2. So now my husband had to essentially be the mover himself when we specifically paid for this help from this company. This was such a terrible experience with MatrixShift. Please beware of working with them as it seems they are pretty sketchy and short changing customers by demanding them to step in where their employees should be handling these jobs!
