• The problem with this company isn’t the movers themselves. They are great. They’re friendly and professional and move quickly. They do need to be told some things however and are a little green though. The problem mainly lies with the lady who runs the company. She’s very poor with communication and will tell you things and not follow-through. To begin with, she texted me to request info. about my move and I responded to questions, and I got no reply back. I followed up with her a few days later to get confirmation and she claimed she would email me once she was confirmed with her movers. That didn’t happen and when I reached out to her again, she acted confused about our previous conversation. The evening prior to my move, she texts me and confirms with me that her two regular guys will be available and coming to my apt. the next morning at our confirmed time. The next morning, the guys she told me would be coming are two different people and one is late and the other is early.

• The company was a little slow to initiate contact (I placed the reservation in the afternoon on Thu Oct 9 and did not hear from them until that Sunday evening Oct 12), but once we established contact they handled everything with outstanding professionalism and competence. Would definitely use again.
