Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
Several items were damaged. Including a 50 inch tv screen damaged, tv console cracked, round glass table was not wrapped and just placed on truck, I provided movers wrap and blankets and nothing was protected. Just placed on the truck and that’s it. I wanted to tip additional money and the end of my move but that’s not going to happen at all.
I had a lot of damage to my furniture and things from the way that it was packed. They didn’t use any of my moving blankets to prevent damage and they charged me for an extra hour at $105.00 even though we didn’t go over in time! I am very disappointed and upset!
