Terry is fantastic. Communicate well in advance of the Ubox delivery and loading. On the same day of delivery, 30 mins' notice before the actual arrival. The staff are quick and experienced in planning and utilizing the space inside the box. We ended up using one full box and two-thirds of another. Overall, the experience is a 5-star, and I would use it again in the future, and highly recommend it.
