Absolutely DID NOT complete job!!! I am irate. U-haul needs to allow me more than 1000 characters to adequately relay what happened today. These professionals complained that it was too hot in late June, that my mom had too much stuff in her 2 bedroom 900 sqft apartment, and after they conned me out of an additional $300 - had the gall to tell me the truck was too far away! Why didn’t they tell me that 5 hours ago!!! And they still didn’t complete the job, left litter, and argued with each other and complained about the heat in June!?!? Oh and they left the ramp down. Shame on this company and shame on U-Haul for allowing this. I have photos of all of this. I am exhausted after finishing loading the truck BY MYSELF, after FIVE HOURS OF PAID ‘PROFESSIONAL’ HELP and WILL BE reaching out to U-Haul directly. AWFUL EXPERIENCE

Nice guys, very efficient, packed the UBox well, and made it so we could pack more things into the box than we initially thought was possible. Would recommend.
