  • They worked very fast on the morning of my move which was appreciated. We had a long day of driving ahead of us so we were super happy that we didn’t need to pack our U-Haul prior. However, once we reached our location we realized that they did not secure our items into the U-Haul with the straps that we provided them and they told us that they had, they just packed them in the truck with our items. This resulted in countless broken items due to them falling and not being secured in the truck. When I reached out through moving help about the issue they became very unprofessional and called me a liar. The owner then reached out to me via email rather than moving help and told me that there was nothing to do since I didn’t reach out within a 48hr window,I reached out within about 24hrs. I’m highly disappointed in this company and their unprofessionalism, I really wish we had just loaded our U-Haul ourselves, rather than reach our destination with a disaster. Do not recommend!!!
