I cannot recommend this moving company based on my experience. The billing was handled in a way that I found unacceptable. Roberto Rodriguez informed me that I would only be charged an additional hour if the unloading exceeded 2.5 hours. The movers began unloading at approximately 10.50 a.m. and finished before 1 p.m., yet he insisted that I pay an additional $95. When I questioned the charge and asked that it be handled through the U-Haul Moving Help platform, Roberto Rodriguez instead instructed me to send the $95 directly to his personal Zelle account. I also asked to speak with the owner or manager, but he stated that the owner was unreachable. Feeling pressured to resolve the situation, I made the payment, which he confirmed receiving. I have opened a Resolution Center case with U-Haul because I do not believe the additional charge was justified based on the actual time worked. I hope this matter is resolved fairly.

Sorry, you felt like that.But we do charge, even though it goes over fifteen twenty minutes.An additional ninety five dollars.Sorry, you felt that we try to charge you extra?But if you go over is an additional hour, no matter what my guys are there for their time for their hard work.And that's what they do besides that, you have them do crazy stuff.So would that being said sorry you felt that way?We'll keep you on the calendar.Just for your name cause, we definitely will not be moving.You ever again, just for the hassle of what you put my guys through unacceptable on that part.We're movers, we're not robots, but once again, thank you for your business.God bless

They were very friendly, helpful, and completed the work quickly. However, I do wish they had mentioned the need to rent a truck beforehand, especially for first-time users, and communicated more clearly about any additional fees that could arise throughout the process. Overall, I would recommend!
