  • I had an amazing experience with Muscle Guys Moving LLC through U-Haul Moving Help. I want to especially thank Terry, the lady who handled my call — she was simply outstanding. I contacted them at the last minute, just about one hour after booking my U-Haul, due to an urgent move and health issues that made lifting impossible for us. I was extremely worried and stressed about finding help on such short notice. But Terry treated us like family. She patiently kept calling her teammates and finally arranged two strong, giant movers who were incredibly fast, professional, and very friendly. At one point, I was so worried that I even offered to pay extra because of my difficult situation, but Terry stood by us with genuine care and kindness. She supported us throughout the entire process and made sure everything worked out smoothly. Hats off to Terry for her dedication, compassion, and professionalism — she truly goes above and beyond in her job. And a big thank you to the amazing movers.
