The moving team was excellent — very helpful and kind, even when facing some challenges on site. However, the confirmation process was quite slow. There was no response to phone calls or text messages, and I only received confirmation after sending an email 3days before the moving date .

Jeremiah and Angel did great work. They were thorough and really made sure that my belongings were protected and still fit into the space we had to work with.
