  Quick Loaders Moving

  Overall I was disappointed in this company. They were late to show up, I called they said they were on another job and needed more time to finish up, we agreed to delay an hour. After an hour, I called and they said they were still not done and would call me back. They called and said they were on the way. (They explained that the other customer told them to take a lunch break and instead were going to unload me) After about 1.25 hours later, the other customer they left called them and asked where they were, (of course) Jay asked if they could leave the rest of my items in the truck and come back later to finish, I expressed my disappointment and told him it was obvious that he overbooked one of the guys stayed and finished by himself and they never placed my bed on the platform, even though they said they would. There was slight damage to my dresser and they chipped a baseboard. FYI, I was asked to cxl the job and pay them cash, I declined

  Jack and Haroun were very helpful. Tyrese was easy to communicate with and flexible when I had to pick up a truck from another location.

  Spirit Moving Co.

  I called them to confirm the move,we scheduled a time and on the day of Kenneth called to advise they were running late! When they did arrive, they began promptly. I advised of the furniture items that needed to moved yet they didn't come prepared with tools. We borrowed from a fellow neighbor across whom was able to assist. Overall it was completed in a timely manner. And everything was stored securely in the uhaul.
