  Josh, the owner, seems nice. The two staff he sent, however, are incompetent. We caught Neil making fun of my fiance, and both of them (didn'tget the other's name) making fun of our furniture. Totally unprofessional. They did not ratchet any of our load into the truck, did not use furniture pads where necessary, and decided that one piece of cardboard was sufficient to pad below a flatscreen TV that they placed on top of a rear wheel well. We had to correct the vast majority of their work. The second man also had Xvideos open on his phone - which he loaned me to login on as Uhaul was giving me issues accessing a payment code. But. Like. Really. You can at least close your porn tab.

  I recently used A Family Affair, Helping Hands for my move, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism and genuine care. Brittany, the coordinator, was absolutely awesome. She made the entire process seamless. Her organization and friendly attitude really set the tone for an stress-free move. The movers, Glen and Joshua, were incredible! They were punctual, efficient, and treated all of my belongings with the utmost care. They worked quickly without ever sacrificing quality, and they handled even the heavy and awkward items like pros. Plus, they were so courteous and positive throughout the day—it really made a huge difference. If you’re looking for a moving service that combines professionalism, reliability, and a true personal touch, A Family Affair, Helping Hands is the one to choose. I can’t recommend Brittany, Glen, and Joshua enough!
