TVs, glass, other fragile items, must be taken separate by car transport even if it is in the original box, if you insist that we still pack it in the truck we are not responsible damages. Long walks to elevator, apartment and or truck adds time. You are not able to see our response to reviews, 2 sides to every story

  • Ryan was pleasant while coordinating the move & very communicative. Unfortunately, his help was not help. I would not recommend if you are on a time line. Furniture was properly staged and the loading of a 2 bed room apartment with NO bedroom sets took over 3.5 hours. We were originally booked for 10 am and was asked to push the time up to 9 by Ryan. This resulted in us having to pick the truck up early. Only for the members to come at the originally scheduled time because they were late. We were constantly badgered after nicely pointing out that something was broken which slowed the work even more because there was more concern for liability and getting a bad review. All in all, the boys were young inexperienced, and argumentative. They did not follow directions after being told to placed the marked boxes in the appropriate move. They carried 1 or 2 boxes at a time to slow the clock down. We ended up asking them to leave and completed the unloading portion of the move on our own.
