3hrs late. No call to say they would be tardy. No apologies, rude and unprofessional. Said they were not coming after I asked the protocol of tardiness. After arriving 3hrs late, they said oh this is a 10 minute job. Never apologized at all. They were willing to leave a pregnant at risk customer who has seizure stranded instead of apologizing. After handing up, 5 minutes later another guy called to say they were 23 minutes away. This was after I called Uhaul to make a complaint. Never utilize Speedy Movers. Pay more for your quality services. It would be the best option.

My movers were really quick, they didn’t stand around to waste time. They communicated well before they arrived. They didn’t complain and placed everything in the correct rooms before leaving. Will DEFINITELY book again
