• The company assured me a 20ft truck would be sufficient for our move. However, midway through loading, they shifted the blame and asked why I hadn't rented a 26ft truck instead. To make matters worse, I paid for a 3-hour booking, but they left after just 2 hours, claiming the truck was full. While they did an okay job packing the boxes, their furniture placement was incredibly inefficient and left a massive amount of empty space in the back. After they walked away, we had to completely unload and reload almost all of the furniture they had packed. By actually utilizing the space properly, we were able to comfortably fit all of our remaining items ourselves. While they were nice guys, they simply lack the expertise to judge volume, maximize truck space for large items, and they left a paid job unfinished.

  I respectfully disagree with your review At no point did we tell you that you had to rent a 20 foot truck The truck size was your decision not ours When we arrived we loaded the truck until it was completely full from floor to ceiling We completed the job in approximately 2 hours and 25 minutes which was within the 3 hour booking window At that point there was no additional space available in the truck During the remaining time you were calling multiple U Haul locations trying to locate a trailer or additional equipment because the truck was already full Our responsibility was to load the truck safely and efficiently with the space available which we did If you were later able to rearrange items and create additional space thats certainly your prerogative but it does not change the fact that the truck was loaded to capacity when we completed the job We always strive to provide professional service and appreciate all feedback but we do not believe this review accurately reflects wha

• These guys are ELITE ELITE. Took great care of all of my belongings, and were extremely efficient. Got a full apartment’s worth of stuff into my unit within 30 minutes. Not a single issue throughout. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for moving services in the Memphis area.
