• Arrived late, around 4-10 PM instead of the scheduled 4 PM. Didn’t start the job until 4-20 PM. During the loading process, they caused unnecessary delays by chatting and lingering inside the U-Haul truck. It seemed like they were trying to stretch the job to justify the two hours they had already been paid for, even though moving a small load of items from a studio apartment into the truck realistically should have taken no more than 90 minutes. By 6-10 PM, they announced that their time was up, intentionally leaving a queen-size bed frame in the elevator, which caused inconvenience for fellow residents. They then demanded that I pay for an extra hour or two if I wanted them to finish the job, or else they would leave the stuff in the elevator. Ultimately, they left two large, heavy items in the elevator and a few boxes inside the apartment, failing to complete the job! I will never hire again!

• All Star ASAP Movers did a fantastic job for me today and I cannot recommend them enough! With careful ease & smiles, they handled a move to 3 separate locations (with stairs) that each required loading & unloading very heavy furniture and fragile items in extreme heat from a 20ft truck. They were so patient and had a wonderful can-do attitude the entire time, even when directions were confusing or we had to change plans. They took initiative and made a job that I was dreading into a fun day - I will use them for my moves in Memphis from now on, and you should too!

• They went above and beyond. They were very accommodating with my many reschedules and changes. The movers were great!!!! Overall great service!!!!!
