    I'd have liked to give better reviews for this company if only they had responded properly to the damage done to one of my items. I hired them for 4 hours of help but the work was completed in only 2 hours. While I didn't expect any refund for this, I did reach out to them multiple times about one of the items that got damaged - due to the way it was misplaced in the moving van. The reimbursement cost wasn't high at all but they didn't send me the payment as promised. If I had received this payment in time, the review would have been much better since I didn't have any other issue with them. Alas!
