They worked hard, but I was disappointed they did not bring the furniture dolly they said they were going to bring. They did not have any moving equipment at all and were planning to move everything just by brute force despite my previous communication with the company. They were unable to complete the job as I did not feel comfortable letting them move my piano without equipment.

The two young men were very respectful, on time, and very gentle with my belongings. I told them to be ready for another call when I find my forever home!!! A++++ service!! Thanks guys!!! I tipped them at the end of the job.
