• Do not use this company unless you have pictures of every single pricey item you own as working and document the moving process the entire way. We had a great experience until about an hour after the movers left and we plugged in our TV. We used the TV the day before we moved and it was perfectly fine. They are the ones who loaded and unloaded it and set it on top of our entertainment stand at our new home. We reached out to let them know the same day and got a generic 'we'll investigate and let you know'. We followed up a few days later, no response. I messaged again, no response. A week to the date of the move, I sent an email informing them we were very disappointed in their lack of communication and would be pursuing a small claims case and submitting a review to the BBB. They replied very quickly at that point saying their 'internal investigation's which included statements, videos, ect. was done and the case was closed, not their fault.' Terrible, terrible experience!!!!!!!!!!!!
