Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
The crew was excellent. They handled everything with care and speed. They stayed in touch with me, got there early when I was able to get there quicker than I thought, and were very helpful. Even made sure the truck was clean and all the UHaul blankets were folded for return ! 5 stars for the process and 5 for their great attitudes. Thanks!
Helpers were okay. The back-end organising team was great and very accommodating as we had to delay the move by 30 minutes. There were communication issues as they weren’t well versed in English, hence it was very hard to provide directions despite them trying their best. Additionally, the helpers weren’t too proactive and needed guidance for the smallest of steps. Had booked them because of their stellar ratings but was left a little disappointed.
