  You all did an amazing job. In and out extremely fast, while also taking great care of my belongings. Will highly recommend to anyone who’s moving.

  There was good communication with Omar, however, Omar did not show up to the job. Instead, he sent a replacement worker. Juan showed up a hour later than the original scheduled time. Juan Is a great worker. He worked hard and fast loading the truck by himself. A second worker showed up a hour later. Once the guys got there they did a good job, but I was disappointed when they did not show up at the agreed upon time.

  movers showed up without tools or a dolly and were dropped off so we had to wait for a 3rd guy to come bring them to tools they needed and try to tell them how to properly move things but by then it was already too late. they had already really damaged my belongings. they moved my bookcase while awaiting the tools and dolly. They carried it from the sides (so one side facing up and the inter facing down). this caused the shelves to drop to the ground and the bookcase itself to be stretched out of shape, the back popped off, and the shelves are scratched dented and scuffed. scratched and scuffed my brand new washerdryer set and broke a piece off of the detergent drawer, broke my bed frame onto pieces and put it back together incorrectly so the lights only work on one side and there are chunks of wood missing from it. they scratched and scuffed my makeup desk that was also brand new so it has chunks of wood missing from it. i let them know asap and haven’t received a response.
