  I would never hire these people again. First they knock over a large framed lithograph, then casually claimed that it just fell forward without mentioning saying anything about the glass shattering. Then they loaded a marble-topped bar cart at the BACK of the moving truck after I asked them not to put it on truck...only for the lower shelf to get cracked in transit. To top it all off, they half filled my 12x15 storage unit with light weight items, then placed a washing machine, dryer, sofa, large dresser and a 300lb elliptical at the front of the unit, despite knowing that I still needed to put stuff in the unit. I literally had to rent another unit just to store the rest of my stuff. All-in-all, between the damaged items that SafeLoad won't cover (don't waste your money on paying for that worthless coverage) and the cost to rent a second unit, I could've paid another company to move AND pack my stuff.

  This was my first time ever hiring for moving help and i can promise anytime i move in the future i will use this company and request the two men i had that came. I had Antwan and DiOntay Wilson as my movers and they were incredible!! VERY polite, made sure to put everything where I wanted even when I changed my mind, they worked very fast, carefully, and efficiently. I honestly couldn't believe how quickly they had gotten it done and they wouldnt let me lift a finger which i appreciated after loading the uhaul 2 days prior in the 100 degree weather! It was an absolute amazing experience and i'm eternally grateful!!
