• They were the worst company. Inexperienced kids sent to my home to load and I have all these broken things. Do not use. They tried to overcharge me for 6 hours and did so at 10 30 at night. They encouraged me to pay them additional money outside the marketplace. For work they did not even complete. I had to hire another company the next day to finish the job.

  Susan, we strongly disagree with this review and have extensive documentation regarding the services provided. Your Moving Help order covered labor-only services for prepaid hours. Our crew worked diligently loading 10 U-Boxes using the supplies available onsite. Throughout the move, our team communicated with you regarding container space limitations and loading strategy, and you repeatedly confirmed you were comfortable with how items were being loaded and instructed us to continue. Once the prepaid hours expired, additional labor was discussed and agreed upon so the job could continue. Our 4-man crew then stayed approximately 6 additional hours late into the evening to help complete the move. We reduced the balance in good faith and attempted multiple times to resolve the matter professionally. The situation is now being handled through the appropriate legal and collections channels.

• The entire transaction was great. I had movers named Samuel and Gavin and they were awesome. Very efficient, careful with property and obviously knew what they were doing.
