  • BEWARE! DO NOT USE! THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS OF DAMAGE! Our experience was horrible. Although the two movers were nice and cordial, they did not pack our truck properly. Items placed up high (boxes and smaller furniture) were not strapped in properly. The whole truck was not secured layer by layer so minimize shifting. Furniture was not protected properly with blankets (draped, not secured with tape or wrap.). The blankets just slid off during the journey. Wood and leather furniture sustained damage from items falling around truck during transit. I had plenty of ratchet straps and blankets that went unused. If I had been doing a cross-town move, it might have been OK. But, I was driving 1400 miles and they knew that. I sent pictures to the company showing what the truck looked like and the damage that took place. His response was, my guys worked hard. Great. He offered me $100 as a goodwill gesture. Seriously? BETTER TO PACK THE TRUCK YOURSELF INSTEAD OF USING THESE GUYS.

  • They were a powerhouse. We had a big move so it was a stuffed 20' truck. Had them for nearly 2 hours and they cleared most of it in that time frame and nothing was broken. Hire these guys you won't regret it.
