• The most courteous, helpful, professional moving guys I have ever used. They were on time, moved a truckload of heavy furniture up three flights of stairs. They even put my sleep number bed together. I was dreading having to put this complicated piece together. Prices were very reasonable. I would recommend them over anyone.

• Overall this was not a great experience. On the phone and in person, he repeatedly told me that i booked the service wrong and that unloading a Pod costs more than the normal hourly rate for unloading. I checked the uhaul website twice and never found another way of ordering it. He also said there is a charge for stairs, but I put that in the website when I placed the order. He complained a lot about how ‘unsafe’ the Pod was packed. I assumed since it was moved from 1000 miles away that he would understand that things get bumped around and that there is a hazard of falling objects. They were carrying my king size bed frame into the house and he told his partner to just ‘slide it’ on the ground. I asked them to please not do that and he said they had to, now the corner of my adjustable bed it torn. It was frustrating as he didn’t take any time to figure out an alternative. They also poked 3 holes in the wall in my living room by stacking my couch parts against the wall.

• Both of them were really professional and friendly, and cared about my unique situation. I am completely satisfied with their service and would get their service if needed again in the future.
