  • Never in my moving experienced such a terrible, nasty, unprofessional worker and the owner of this company. Worker kept complaining about the work that they are supposed to be doing and kept telling us he has another move and complaining about our load is too much to handle in less than we reserved. We clearly said any overtime will be paid but kept irritating us by continuous complaints to a point that I reached out to their boss. But this boss person also demonstrated aggressive behavior after hearing customers complaints. Only one of two workers were courteous and had professionalism. I would never never recommend these unprofessional moving helpers.

    We are very sorry you feel the way you do but asking for extra time the day of then being angry to the point you yell and belittle doesn't change the schedule. We understand the military type but you can't speak to men the way you did and expect them to be happy they worked for four hours with no break trying to help you to no avail. It takes 4 hours according to ubaul to load a 26ft truck you can't order two men for 4 hours and expect two men to load and unload a 5 bedroom home. We hope customers will book the time suggested by ubaul and use the cross town move feature as drive time reduces the time needed.
