  • Initially, they expressed enthusiasm and said they would most certainly help me with my move. However, after I canceled one U Haul container (which meant I only had one container instead of two), the guy I spoke with seemed disappointed. The day before my move, he confirmed my moving time between 3 and 7 pm. The day of the move, I had to return a rental car that same day--which he already knew. He suddenly messaged me the day of the move while I was in Moscow running errands and says he is coming now—which turned out to be around 1 PM because the mover got lost. He said the move should take no more than 20 minutes. Only one mover showed up even though I reserved for two movers--and he had no dolly. When I messaged Whine Ever Moving to tell them the 20 minute move actually turned out to be an hour because there is only one guy with NO DOLLY, he responded with profanity, blaming me for having too many loose items even though mostly everything was in bins and boxes. Unprofessional.

    Ma'am I am sorry you feel that way unfortunately I had received pictures of how the items actually was from the movers you also asked me to message you and let you know if anything sooner came up because you desperately needed your items asap I messaged you 4 hours prior to them showing up shifted jobs around to accommodate your needs terribly sorry you had a bad experience have a blessed day
