Proactive Updates - If a crew is delayed, please notify the next client immediately instead of waiting until the scheduled arrival time. This helps clients adjust their day. Address Verification - Double-checking GPS coordinates before dispatching would prevent crews from going to the wrong location and causing severe delays. On-Site Communication - Having a bilingual crew member or a translation device is essential. Due to a total language barrier, I couldn't direct the loading or unloading and had to organize everything myself. These small changes would easily turn a stressful four-hour wait into a smooth 90-minute job!
