This company was absolutely excellent! The two movers were very professional and treated our furniture and belongings with the greatest care. We cannot say enough good things about them. Strongmen Moving Inc is the epitome of the type of moving company U Haul should be associated with. We would definitely hire them again and recommend them to others.
I paid for the services of two movers and only one person showed up to me. I had to help move MYSELF along with my daughter. I should have paid for one worker and not been charged for two. I have contacted Moving Help and the movers to no avail. The mover has nicked my phone number and has not responded to my emails. This leaves me with no other option but to take them to court in order to resolve this issue. I advise anyone thinking about using this company to think twice. This is the worst moving experience I have ever had and would not recommend using them. I sent a email through the resolution and after the initial response,Moving help has not reached out to me after the two week time frame of non communication with the movers.
I was moving from a 3rd floor apartment with no elevator. This did not deter them at all. They set right to work and got me moved out in just a few short hours. Great team and company! Will use again!
