Here are a few of the things that would have helped with overall professionalism and customer experience; 1. Charles promised a courtesy call prior to arrival, but it was actually a text. 2. the text said an additional mover would be available for free, which was helpful, but not needed. 3. The movers were dropped off and were smoking on arrival, so I’d suggest not smoking. 4. one mover had headphones on the whole time and would randomly sing the song lyrics, which can be okay, except the lyrics were explicit.
