0 stars. I cancelled the service. While I was looking for a new crew to help me move, Nikki called me to see if I wanted to still book with them. Upon arrival, Nikki was rude, made fun of me, mocked me, and when I asked her and her staff to politely leave, she refused to leave and blocked my door while one of her movers pried it open. I told them I was uncomfortable and asked them to leave. They then proceeded to call the police on me when I shut the door.
