• Please avoid this service. My property was damaged from poor loading, not utilizing the supplies that Uhaul says you need and careless placement in the truck. Tops of furniture was placed on the floor surface of the truck and scratched, corners were chipped off edges of furniture, an antique table's legs were broken off, chairs were stacked seat down on the straight edges of furniture and caused deep scratches, book boxes were stacked on top of boxes marked fragile, breakable or glass,no tie down straps were used, few of the 72 blankets I rented were used. The slides on a dresser were broken because it was not wrapped when they initially tried to move it to the truck. The glass shelves from the China cabinet fell out; luckily they did not break. Most furniture was wrapped in saran wrap, not buble wrap or blankets. A second crew was sent out to repack the truck before we could travel and our drive was delayed by a day, requiring the need to extend the time we had the truck. AVOID!!

• This crew was very professional and courteous.The UHaul truck was packed well. All around nice guys who did a terrific job. I highly recommend them and I would absolutely hire them again.
