  • A&E was able to reschedule and bring in moving help a day early, which I appreciated. One of the helpers knew what he was doing, was professional and had a plan, however, he cussed out the other helper A LOT... (For good reason) the guy did not know what he was doing and it was a shit show. Overall, they were able to load my trucks effectively, yet they did not tell me they were not supposed to try to lift my refrigerator or take it apart. I am ultimately taking a loss on this appliance since it is now in pieces and no longer functional, but at my own fault I should have stopped them. The contact Ashley was very professional, and I appreciate the way she handled the situation. I would not hire this company again, but as they say, you get what you pay for. I suggest a company with Safeload plus activated and as I've learned, do not give that payment code if anything happens! Thank you for the life lesson guys.
