At no point when I booked this company to help me move a small U-Haul of property up four flights of stairs was it mentioned the time was subject to change. A gentleman called to confirm the time that I needed the movers, I stated Noon, he said ok. Now I understand things happen and I am understanding. The company called to state the movers were running a little late due to having to ride the bus but these guys were two hours late it threw the whole day off and screwed up other parts of this move. At no time did this company offer any monetary discount for the huge inconvenience. I don’t see how a little late equates to two hours. Despite my feelings toward the company these guys hustled when they did get here and moved my property so nothing against them.
