    On the scheduled moving day, only one helper arrived. He was only able to move small boxes and assured me that he would return the next day with another person to complete the move and load the large furniture onto the truck. As a result, I was forced to extend my truck rental for an additional day. The following day, no one showed up despite my repeated calls and messages. Since the truck had to be returned before noon, I had no choice but to urgently hire two new helpers at premium rates to finish the move. This situation demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and reliability. It caused unnecessary stress and significant additional costs, as I had to pay for both the extra truck rental day and the emergency labor. Given the circumstances, I am requesting a full refund of the amount charged to my account in advance, as I will be disputing this charge.
