They showed up two hours late without apology. They decided that the refrigerator wouldn't fit upstanding in the truck so they set it down on one furniture pad(I insisted) and pushed it to longways to the back of the truck. They put my cherry and walnut box on top of it with no furniture pad. Then they put the washer in back of it and the dryer on a 45 degree angle on top of the wheel well above it-- with no provided furniture pads. Then they decided because they laid my refrigerator down instead of sitting it up, I had to leave my sofa bed behind. Everything is scratched, even though I provided furniture pads. Refrigerators should not be laid on side, so it could not be plugged in at new home. The two hour delay meant that I couldn't meet the movers who were supposed to unload the truck, so I had to keep the truck and towing dolly for another day.

They were late which wasn't communicated with me, but when they got there, I was completely wowed with their work, so much so I gave them each a tip. Very professional and knowledgeable in their job.
