    The communication was very little. We reached out to them to confirm a week im advance. The night before the move I was told they would call to confirm the time. They never called to confirm. We reached out several times the day before and finally got a response back late. The next morning they were suppose to show up at 9am and didnt show until 945am. Was told team showed up at the wrong location first. Asked an eta and never got a response back. Pulled up around 10 mins later. The two guys that showed were very professional. We felt towards the end there was a lack of urgency and almost felt like they were trying to get more time out of us. They loaded the truck very well. Biggest issue is the lack of communication throughout the entire process start to finish. When time is close to the end, inform your customer instead of trying to add on time without communicating to the customer.
