  Gramz Moving Choice

  (1) I paid for 19 hours of labor total, yet was given only 18. The manager called and tried to get his employees back after 17.5 hours of labor, and only relented when I insisted that I need more help. The manager also insisted that I give him the pay codes BEFORE time was up, which I understand is against the rules. (2) Out of four employees, only one spoke broken English. The remaining three did not speak English at all. It was difficult to communicate and instruct them. (3) I paid for packing service, yet the employees did not even have a marker or a pen to label the boxes, and they just dumped my belongings into boxes, with little consideration as to what was what. When unpacking, items where mixed, upside down, mangled. One week later, I still have difficulties finding essential items.

  Legendary Moving

  Legendary Moving did a decent a decent job with our move. They ended up only sending one mover for what easily should’ve been a 2 man job, and we ended up helping him move some of our things to help. There was also a bit of an annoying miscommunication where the mover initially showed up without our U-Box and had to go back to UHaul in order to pick it up, delaying the job by an hour or so from our scheduled time. Overall, the mover did an excellent job fitting everything in to the box and working by himself, but the process could’ve easily been smoother and they easily could’ve sent another guy to help.
