  I move every couple of years and this was one of the worst moving experiences I have ever had. I live in a high rise with a strict loading dock reservation from 1 to 3. I called twice to confirm this timing, including the day of the move, and was assured it would not be a problem. The crew did not arrive until 5. After they started loading, they discovered they had brought the wrong pod, including someone else’s lock. Work stopped while they returned to get the correct pod, causing about an hour of additional delay. The move was not completed until 9. The crew appeared poorly supervised and disorganized. The second pod was loaded carelessly with furniture stacked and shoved in. There was significant wasted space, forcing me to transport additional items in my own car. At the end of the move, my toolbox was dropped and hundreds of socket pieces scattered. The driver also had difficulty maneuvering in and out of the loading dock.

  They helped but weren't hustling like other movers have. My husband and father in law jumped in and did a lot of the heavy lifting throughout since they didn't take much initiative. They were kind but the pace was very relaxed.
