  • Do not go with these guys. Moving off post to waynesville requested 3 movers for 6 hours. Only 2 were available. Monty (moving coordinator) said that since one didn't show up the movers i have will work for 9 hours. I told them all the big stuff supposed to be move. Uhual truck is full so of course we have to download it. And once completed it still have 5 hours with them with big stuff still at my old house. Gave me a whole speech telling me that his workers are done since all the big stuff is moved. Plus I had to pick them up at the gate since they couldn't get on post. This is the text from the moving co. Hello, this is Monty with Guardian Movers. I was texting you due to one of my guys called in due to their kid being sick and having to stay home with them the other two guys are headed your way. Those guys will work until the job is done. they could do nine hours that would make up for the third guy instead of six hours so sorry. $900 gone. Also you help them move

    As discussed yes we sent 2 guys instead of 3 and those 2 got it done except for the 12 SMALL items in only 5 hours You informed the guys as well as me that you wanted them to only move the big items and then they would be done for the day after unloading said big items That was then the expectation of the guys as it would be for anyone who was told that When you requested for them to go back after the 12 SMALL items since all the big stuff was already loaded and unloaded I informed you on the phone that they could stay and finish it for you but they just had the expectation they were done after the big items as a result of you telling them that initially but that they would finish it for you then chose not to have them finish and gave the payment code by choice at that time Our guys also didnt need or ask for any help moving, but you chose to have your child help with some smaller items while they took care of the big items Feel free to reach out to further clear this up
