They generally did a good job packing our things into a truck. However the man in charge was unwilling to listen to input in how our stuff was packed. When we realized they had packed over the straps we needed to secure our belongings, instead of offering to fix the issue, he instead asked to leave early so they could get to their next job.

I had another mover through U-Haul back out on me. MME was available and showed up to help me. Got my box. Emptied my box in 39 minutes! Then took it back. Very careful, very helpful. Thankful for the help, especially on short notice!
