• Pack and Stack was hard to communicate with to confirm and schedule my move. In the end, I called, texted, left voicemails, emailed, and contacted MovingHelp support before I heard from Pack and Stack the afternoon before my move. To their credit, they apologized and the next day the movers arrived right on time. The movers I had were friendly and considerate, but they weren't the fastest--there were 2 guys and I had an elevator, but one guy would stack 3-4 boxes on the dolly at a time and both guys would take the dolly down together (rather than filling the elevator and then going down). I had to pay for an extra hour, which in the past I never needed even when I just had stairs! I would suggest customers rent an extra dolly of their own to help speed things up and definitely plan to move boxes yourself as well. The movers also dropped something on my floor and damaged the floor--I understand it happens but wish they'd told me. I would not recommend Pack and Stack to others.

• Two movers were sent to unload Uhaul contents into new 3 floor apartment. They arrived early and worked quickly to complete move. They were friendly and had positive attitude with moving recliner sofa to third floor.
