The movers who unloaded my truck were professional and completed the work satisfactorily. After the job was finished, I provided the U-Haul payment code and left, believing the transaction was complete. Later, Thomas called and stated that I needed to complete a survey and click Submit before payment could be processed. This contradicted my prior experience using Moving Help in Michigan and information I received from U-Haul that the payment code alone authorizes payment. I felt this was an attempt to pressure me into providing a positive review. When I questioned the accuracy of his statement, Thomas became dismissive and acted as though we had a bad phone connection rather than addressing my concerns. The entire conversation came across as rude, pushy, and unprofessional. While the movers themselves did an acceptable job, the post-move interaction left a very negative impression and significantly reduced my overall satisfaction with this provider.
