  • Highly recommend! These guys were unbelievably fast, meticulous about wrapping and protecting every piece of furniture, and managed to pack more stuff in a 15-foot U-Haul than I ever would have imagined. They were also just kind and pleasant to chat with. They were great about communicating in advance and explaining how many furniture blankets we would need and whatnot - very helpful for a first time major move.

  • The young men, seemed inexperienced and overwhelmed. They were polite. We helped with the unloading to try to help - needed to return the trucks. The wood floors were scratched by the hand truck. But the young man was honest and brought it to my attention. I am not sure why but I had to provide information to close the account - that seemed very odd and made me highly uncomfortable. Perhaps you should fine a better system. I tipped the guys in person.
