• Do not hire Helping Hands Movers. If zero stars were an option, that is what I would give them. I booked a three-hour move, but the crew worked only about 2.5 hours. Although I was delayed arriving at the site, I offered to pay a reasonable additional amount for them to complete the job. Instead, they repeatedly increased the price and tried to change the agreed-upon rate from the original hourly charge for two movers to a per-person, per-hour charge. When I declined those new terms, they threatened to put our belongings back onto the truck. I told them to leave, but they left furniture on the curb and, after being told to go, threw a dresser back onto the truck, damaging it. Their behavior became aggressive enough that the police had to be called. I then had to hire another moving company to finish the move. This was an extremely stressful, costly experience. Based on what happened, I strongly recommend avoiding Helping Hands Movers.

• Excellent customer service. I was late to my initial move time and they waited over an hour. Highly recommend & then proceeded to knock out the work quicker than expected.
