  • The movers arrived at 1346 after discussing 12pm. They then took until 1845 to move a two bedroom apt and dented my front door with my couch.

    I believe there was a miscommunication with time as I stated an arrival time of 12-2 because we had a previous job that day and as Uhaul held us up when we arrived (first time dealing with this location). The loading time was a little long considering the apartment was on the other end of the building from the elevator (very long walk). As for the dent on door we are deeply sorry and can take care of damage.
